Registration fees :

• general: 430€

• students: 320€

• accompanying person 150€

The registration fees include coffee breaks and the gala dinner.

We offer the following two options for payment of fees:

• at the registration desk, on Tuesday 9 June 2026 (we are unfortunately unable to offer credit card payment, and therefore only accept cash).

• in advance, by bank transfer.

  If you wish to pay your registration fees by bank transfer, please contact directly Elite Hotel at : info@elite.com.gr

  You will receive an invoice from Elite Hotel which handles the payment process. Upon payment to the following bank account, please, send us the proof of payment and you will be issued a receipt from the hotel.

Warning:

In recent years, individuals or criminal organisations have posed as conference organisers and asked participants to pay conference fees online or by bank transfer. Unless you asked for a payment in advance through our partner travel agency, do not respond to any requests for payment from other third parties. In case you have a doubt, contact us directly.
